If you need to update the bank account information used for your Loan Express loan repayments via pre-authorized debit, please contact our support team by emailing help@loanexpress.ca. To ensure we can process your request efficiently and securely, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Loan Express account
  • Clear instructions detailing the change you wish to make
  • A copy of your new pre-authorized debit (PAD) form or a bank statement clearly showing your name, bank name, branch transit number, and account number.

Our support team will then guide you through the necessary steps to update your banking details.

Where do I get a pre-authorized debit form?

  • Online Banking: Many banks allow you to view or download copies of your PAD agreements through your online banking portal. Look for sections related to “Direct Debits,” “Pre-Authorized Payments,” or “Payment History.” 
  • Mobile Banking App: Some banks also offer this functionality within their mobile apps. 
  • Visiting a Branch: You can visit your local bank branch in person and request a copy of the PAD form from a teller or customer service representative.
